It is a very nice store to shop in, the staff is very friendly and have good recommendations. And, of course, the bikes are top-notch.

I like the bikes very much. It does seem that this location might need to hire another person, however. There is always a very long wait before someone can even acknowledge you. There was only one time out of six visits where someone helped me within a few minutes. Otherwise, the associates are busy with other things. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when they have a moment, though!

I bought my bike last year from this store. Dropped it off the other day for service. When I picked it up the guy helped me load into my small work van. I'm surprised it fit but it fit prefecture. I talked with 2 different people at the store and both were excellent.
