First phone call set me up to fix my bike
Dropped my bike off and the person I dealt with was easy to work with.
Communication was great I received a text with an update and a request to change the chain it was worn I new it and they wanted to let me know about it. I had forgotten to mention the chain. The service guy was taking care of me!
I texted back install the chain. My bike was ready a day earlier and it rides great.
What I liked about the experience was no one tried to up sell me to more then I wanted or needed or to a package of some sort. The Trek superstores always do that and I know we all want to make money but it is annoying.
I drove 60 miles round trip (twice) to do business at your store
BTW......, There is a Trek superstore just 4 miles from my house.
