The staff are very knowledgeable and interested in meeting my needs as a avid cyclist. They are ready to make honest comparisons between Trek's products and the products of Trek's competitors. Their knowledge of the advantages that Trek's products have over the competition boosted my confidence in my purchase decision. I especially appreciated the bicycle fit simulation device which allowed the staff member to select the bicycle size that would maximize the fitness impact of my cycling routine.

Brian delivered amazing customer service on the purchase of our tires for our townies. I love Trek Superstores and have purchased a lot from them in the past. Brian was able to locate tires in Wisconsin then had them delivered to a store in SD, where my daughter picked them up. He provided timely updates and quick service.
