Going to a new shop can at times be a bit overwhelming, new place with new faces etc. The shop owner and staff didn't pressure or follow me around. If there is one thing that I appreciated the most was the time and full attention I received.
During my fitting, I didn't feel rushed and all of my questions and curiosities were answered. Oh, the adjustments maid a massive improvement in my riding output.
This is the real deal shop with real people who care about ones biking experience.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff. They remembered my name ( Eric & Ed) from the day before, and came over to see how I was getting along.
I had a fitting and Steve was awesome! He took his time was very thorough, measured again and again, explained my options, and what I should consider and be aware of.
And he told me to email him after several rides to let him know how all of the changes were working out for me.
Although at least 3different riders recommended that I go to Las Vegas Cyclery, I was even more impressed than I expected.
