Everything went smoothly! I needed a helmet and had actually never shopped for one. I asked a young women for help and she stayed with me until I left the store with my new helmet. I asked for her help and opinion selecting the helmet and she gave it to me! I loved that! She was kind and informative and made the experience a 10.
Oh, and I shopped at a time when the helmets were on sale...my good fortune. I’ve never been in a Trek store but I’ll go back.
Just picked up my bike after a tune-up and wow, what a difference! The gears work so smoothly now and the brakes are perfect. I'd forgotten just what a nice ride I have! Thank You!!
Great service department. The sales team is great, but once you buy the bike (or 2 or 3 bikes over the years) you keep the bike for a long time - so good service is crucial to enjoying your bike over the years.
Plus, whenever I need to add lights, new seat, gps, or whatever the team talks through how and where I ride to help me pick the best product.
