The customer service at Trek is outstanding! The associates working there are knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. Jose, Edwin, Marco, Marina, Moises, Adriana, Skii, Cliff, Adan, Saul, Wes, and Ricky are the most considerate, thoughtful and delightful staff that I have ever encountered! I would recommend this store to anyone!

Overall buying a bike was a very good experience. Marina Carrasco was great to deal with. Friendly and professional. I know inventory is low due to demand for bikes and I had to order one months in advance. Marina kept an eye out and contacted me when something became available.The entire process was hassle free.
