Everybody in the Trek store on Wellington Rd London are extremely helpful. Your products are top shelf and so are the mechanics. Above and beyond. Your store model should be observed by the other retail stores in the city. Your people make tough decisions easy. Your sales staff make you feel comfortable and know what questions to ask. Very patient as well. The mechanics that worked on the bike did things they saw that needed attention and yes I noticed. When you treat people the way you want to be treated, I can't say enough. It made the decision to buy my bike from you very easy. Again exactly what I needed. Thanks very much for your attention to all the details. Rick Bain

Everyone on staff was highly knowledgeable, engaged and ready to answer any and all questions you may have. I recently bought a bicycle there and had the best experience I’ve ever had. I had criteria I needed to meet regarding a suitable bike and Raymond was able to find the perfect bike for myself within my price range. He and all the staff went out of their way to make my experience a great one. I’d recommend this store to anyone considering their next quality bike. In fact, I already have.

Great personal service. Despite a last minute purchase, the team came through in having my bike ready in just a few days while I was down in London for a scheduled appointment. Numerous emails and calls were made by Matt and Aidan to ensure my purchase and pickup went through smoothly. We were warmly greeted, fitted, by numerous staff and out the door. Thank you. Would be nice to see a staff listing on their website, just a thought for those of us who are name forgetful. Thank you, Edward Can’t wait to start using my TREK Disk 2 once the snow finally stops.
