I was going to send you an email about my experience. I called the shop Thursday afternoon to see if I could get my bike in for maintenance that day. I had a bike ride on Sunday and wanted to get the bike checked out. Calvin said they had a couple jobs already but if I got in right away he would do some basic maintenance and get my bike ready for the ride. I got to the shop quickly and he started working on my bike. I needed a new chain immediately. I was so glad I decided to call the shop for the appointment and Calvin got me checked out quickly. It’s very possible my chain would have broken on the ride, not a fun experience. Thank you
