I loved the customer service provided by Abraham. He's very customer focused and can almost read the mind of the customer. I met him in a Trek ride back in December and it was great being helped by him the moment I walked into the store. I went into the store to purchase a windbreaker jacket and left the store with a new Madone. Abraham walked me through everything and made the process completely stress free. I couldn't be more happy for his dedicated attention.

Trek Bikes of Clermont always has me covered when it comes to gear and service of my fleet of bikes! 👍😂✌️THE ONLY place i take my bikes to get serviced. They also have quite the selection of gear too!

Wanted to rent a road bike at short notice, and Heather at Trek Clermont was able to accommodate me. The bike was great and although my ride was spoilt by a flat after just 9 miles, the flat kit provided did help me continue for a while longer. Not the ride I planned but hardly Trek Clermont's fault!
