I experienced a problem with a very good bike carrier purchased one year ago from South Lyon Cycle. It became loose in my trailer hitch due to a ball bearing falling out of it while tightening it to my trucks trailer hitch. Austin took time out from his busy day to repair it for my wife and me while we ran some errands. He did the repair and had it back to us within the hour all for no charge. we couldn't be more pleased with his ability and hard work for his customers. I highly reccomend his business. I called to purchase an ebike battery as this store had one in stock. The particular battery has been discontinued. South Lyon not only sold me the last battery, but shipped ie out to me very quickly. I now have an ebike with power again. thanks,
