I got good advice! The salesperson recommended the pedals with the studs for my Marlin 5, and that was great choice! I felt like people at the store were less inclined to "upsell" me on more expensive stuff, and more inclined to recommend stuff that would meet my needs. I really appreciate that!

Their very liberal policy on test riding prior to deciding on one’s best choice of a bike helped me immensely. Customer oriented staff and no pressure to “buy now” with their 30 day try it out policy is a real bonus. Bought my last bike 40+ years ago so this is my last one maybe! Great staff and owner btw.

Hi, Meant to call you to thank you for getting my bike brakes fixed so quickly. Biking is my main therapy to keep my knees and back in shape. Without the bike, I do not do well! It was great to be able to get back on my bike. The brakes work great now. My husband is happier because he knows I am now safer. I got my Townie bike from you about a year ago. With my old bike I was afraid I might have to give up my best therapy as it was too hard to get on it and nothing was working very well so I was struggling especially on hills even though they were kind of minor. The Townie bike immediately improved what I could do biking and I ride about every other day or sometimes every day. Thanks so much, Nicki Parsons
