I was given a gift card from a friend with the suggestion of purchasing a new bike. "You put on a lot of miles, you need a 'better' bike." But, I liked my incumbent bike, I just needed better tires to go on the trails. Can we convert this, I wondered? Google said "perhaps." New Moon said, "Let's do it!" I also needed a helmet! I didn't really want a helmet but Hannah, New Moon Employee Extraordinaire, looked at me with concerned eyes for my safety and it was hard to dismiss the suggestion. She ran around the store and upstairs with great patience finding me the right fit and color in m price range. I was also sized to make sure the bike was fitting properly. Honestly, I'm just a big kid on a free bike who is new to the trails. Everything I learn about bikes comes from New Moon. Not my first visit, not my last.

New Moon changed the studded snow tires on my family’s two fat tire bikes to warm weather tires in a few hours after my walk-in request. I am grateful for the prompt dependable service and excellent advice I get from the New Moon staff.

Another great shopping experience at New Moon. They took the time to answer my many questions, and explained the different saddles in detail. I was able to try several different saddles and test ride around the neighborhood that day. I found what I was searching for at New Moon. Thanks and see you on the trails.
