I liked that I only got charged for what needed to be done (tune up) and that the staff was so friendly, straightforward about what to expect with turnaround time, and helpful.
Will definitely use them for my bike needs and have already recommended them to others.
The man that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. He made a quick adjustment to the seat on my daughters bike when I dropped off my bike for repair. Then when I went to pick up, I had my son's bike to drop off. The brakes were not working, so it was a safety issue. Again, they looked at it quickly and were able to fix it. I am blown away at the caring demeanor of the gentleman that waited on me. He saved our bike plans the next day, and kept my son safe by adjusting the brakes. Thank you NBX, you certainly know how to hire exceptional staff!
I've been buying bikes from this store (starting with the earlier one run by Rob Foulkes' father) since 1966 and have bought at least a dozen bikes and untold numbers of accessories and supplies from the store. I am a loyal customer because of the competence, friendliness, and trustworthiness of the store's employees. I sure hope that the change to Trek won't result in a major restructuring and laying off of personnel! (I own a Trek road bike and two Trek mountain bikes.)

I’ve had 3 bikes for over 10 years. They have been durable and continue to perform well.
I recently took 2 of them for service in the East Providence store. Adam was wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable about the product. Made sure I knew to come back or call with any issues. Adam is an asset to your company
