The staff went above and beyond to deliver my new bicycle to me as soon as possible. I really appreciate that. I don't remember the salesperson's name, but he said he has taken over the online orders recently. (Matt maybe? I don't think that's right - he had his arm in a sling). He found the bicycle that I wanted at the Providence location and quickly went to get it and deliver it to me and my son on the same day. I really appreciate the service he provided - as a result of this experience, NBX has become my go-to bicycle shop.

Isaac was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient in fitting two of us for bikes. He gave great advice on features and led us to the right choice. He clearly takes great pride in his work and shows great passion. NBX is very lucky to have a great guy like him onboard. We walked in and immediately felt comfortable and cared for so we bought straight away without visiting other stores or shopping the same brand elsewhere. He is a tremendous asset that sets NBX apart from the herd. Please reward Isaac for leading by example and having the courage to do the right thing by NBX clients. - Chris

I went into the store to purchase some cycling shoes for my first Triathlon. Adam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped to make sure that I understood how to get on and off my bike with the shoes I'd just purchased. He even made some adjustments to my bike to make sure it was fitting me properly. Excellent service and would recommend this store to anyone who needs help navigating the cycling world!
