I have been using Maple Grove cycling for my service needs since I moved to the area three years and recently purchased a new bike from them. They are always knowledgeable and helpful and never try to over sell. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a bike or have service done on an existing bike.

Your friendliness and service are great. Your pricing is inconsistent. Sometimes you charge me for a service, and sometimes you don't, e.g., twice I bought new tires, one time it was mounted for free, the other time there was a service fee. Of course, I'm grateful when you mount the tire for free, but I'm not sure what to expect, and if there should be a service charge, I don't mind paying it, just no guessing/surprises.

I felt a feeling I have never felt before in a good bike shop I felt like once I paid my money or once they were done that I really didn't matter anymore I was not relevant I asked for a couple of adjustments before I left and it seemed to me that all I was doing was bothering them very uncomfortable
