Very helpful by the manner that individual staff listen to your concerns about the issues with your bike. They arrange a mutual time for you to take your cycle into the shop. This followed by phone call informing me my cycle is ready to collect. Would highly recommended Ken Ellerker's they provide a customer service second to none. All the staff have excellent knowledge on all things cycling with no high pressure sales,just staff that are approachable, professional and friendly in all things cycling 😀
