I had the opportunity to have Erin help me with everything I needed to begin a new adventure in mountain biking. She answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me to buy everything at once, even though she could. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and made sure I was being helped!

Bought myself a new trek hybrid and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was so helpful,friendly and professional . All of my questions were answered honestly. The floor person took her time in sizing the bike to me for a correct fit and ride. They installed a few add on and explained everything including my warranty. I would recommend genesis to anyone looking to purchase a bike ,excessories or just ask questions they may have.

Staff always helpful and informative so I understand repairs recommended. Bikes sold were not only excellent quality but staff made sure it was the correct size for the purchaser sizing both bike and positioning of seat.

I like that you have a good selection of products, knowledgeable staff, and a reliable service department. Plus you are downtown and are willing to order things you do not have in stock. I just wish it was staying an independent store and not becomming a Trek store.
