We were in town for only a couple days. My Trek E bike had never been serviced since I bought it almost 3 years ago. We talked in and spoke with Andrew who said let me see if I can fit your in as a walk-in. This was a busy Sunday. In a quick 30 minutes...while we had a nice strong coffee, my bike was ready.

Excellent customer service and staff. I was back on the road with the confidence that my bike was in tip top shape.

Excellent facility -- clean, well-stocked, safe, includes adjacent café / restrooms; close to downtown and accessible to lake trails; convenient opening days/hours; reasonable prices. Super-professional, efficient, and friendly staff. We even "enjoyed" an opportunity to avail of their first-aid equipment and know-how... And when they learned that the injury was not due to a technical malfunction of a bike, nevertheless they waived our rental fees on that bike entirely!
