I LOVE MY NEW BIKE! The best service EVER. This is the second bike I have bought from Folsom Bike and I will continue to buy from them they give excellent customer service and carry the best products. My first bike was a Giant road bike my second was electric bike.

You guys are awesome! Both my tires were flat..took them in.. work was done fairly fast and when I saw my bike. .it looked brand new! Price for work and tires were reasonable.

I have been having issues with Sram Red shifting. Sam was excellent and warrantied a new derailleur for me. He is an excellent and competent employee.

This is my first time trying to get into cycling. Understanding my needs and budget, the representative gave me options, had me take out these options and gave expert opinions on the pros and cons of the choices. Thanks to it I was able to make a good choice of bicycle and gear for me.

Even though it was a busy Saturday we were greeted immediately by friendly staff. "K" was super helpful and knowledgeable while helping us buy a bike for our daughter. He was great working with her to get exactly what she wanted; very patient. He sold us just what we wanted and needed and did not try to up-sell anything. Great experience. We will come back and we will tell our friends.

Customer service is top notch. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly, which can’t be said for some other bike shops I’ve been to. I dropped my bike off for its 90-day tune up and it was done the same day. Folsom Bike is a great shop!
