In all the years that I have been associated with the owners Brian & Lisa Moon, their advice and guidance has been right on the mark. They and their staff are courteous, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable in service and sales. Because Easy Riders has assisted us in our biking riding experience over the years especially with our e-bikes, we continue to thoroughly enjoy biking riding well into our 70’s. The staff that helped me find a pack for my bike were very helpful. The gentleman on staff even came out to my bike and adjusted the pack so that it would work on my bike. Great customer service and I love my pack with the paniers.

I went in for a used bike: there were multiple options for my intended use, height, ability to mount a front or rear toddler seat, and budget. I ended up with a great older Specialized. The staff was great help and very easy to work with!
