Friendly, prompt and competent service.

The people who helped me were very courteous, helpful and most of all knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and the quality of the service was fantastic.

Eddie and his team are great! Super knowledgeable, kind, responsive.

Danny’s is just awesome. From the service, the friendly and professional staff it just does not get better for a bike shop!!!

Great people and service was perfect.

Excellent service as always... shouldn't be surprised - Ed and team boxed up my bike for an unanticipated trip within hours of drop off. Tune-ups have always also always been thorough and flawless.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Gave me an in store estimate for a maintenance on my older Specialized bike and had it completed a day later. Bike looks great. Can’t wait to take a ride this spring.

Super helpful, would recommend

Also great service and friendly atmosphere.

The people who helped me really knew their stuff about bicycles. They also spent time with me talking about a potential refitting, seat options and were in tune with my tune up. This is a good group.

Ed was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. The bikes are nice looking, good quality & well priced. I especially appreciated the customer service.

Fast, Friendly High Quality Service.

The level of service and attention to detail, regardless if you're new to cycling or an expert, Ed and his team ensure that they outfit you with the correct product, sizing, and put your safety and enjoyment as their top priority.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. 13 month service plan and complimentary basic tune up.

The service was very quick and the service tech was very helpful.

Thank you for your fabulous and kind service!

Excellent service

The manager of Danny's cycles, Darien CT, ED MANTARING, has been incredibly supportive to me over the past 11 years in helping keep my old 2006 Trek working in tip-top shape ... nearly every important element of the bike went thru replacement of parts. Chains, cables, tires, new derailleurs, all sorts of controls, etc... He is generous with his time, positive in outlook, and delivers on his promises, and also helps to find the most reasonable cost, understanding that at 82 years old living mostly on social security, keeping costs low as possible is essential. He also understands that my bike is not just recreation but is essential to my travel I because I can't afford a car and I live alone. Last week he helped me through the process of choosing a replacement for the old Trek, and customizing the new Trek Verve for my special needs ... I have a degenerative disease which affect my hands so that I cannot operate the new style thumb gears. Because I can grip, he installed retro twister gear handles (which the old Trek used) along with new brake levers because of the disc brakes. To help me save money he also transferred my old Topeak saddle bags which I use in grocery shopping, along with the old comfy foam rubber seat, old lights, bell, mirror and water holder. A new kickstand and rear cargo rack completed the ensemble. Despite all this customization, Ed gave me a wonderful black Friday discount - so I'm all set to go for many more years ! I can't praise Ed (and his technician Junior) enough; they have been essential partners in helping me continue to be independent; I am recommending Danny's cycles, Darien to all my friends. The guys at the shop were polite and thorough when explaining what needed to be done. They fixed my sons bike same day…happy with the experience!
