The staff are very helpful and informative. We bought a bike for our daughter and the staff kept in touch with us providing options and updates until the bike arrived. They walked us through the different components of the bike and made sure we were happy with everything before we walked out the door. We appreciated their positive attitudes and advice.

They are always super friendly and helpful even when you are just browsing. I took my bike in for a tune up and they did a fantastic job. They didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need and made the whole thing very enjoyable. I will always be a Broadway bike customer.
