Amazing service with a recent SRAM warranty. Having dealt with warranty processes before, I was expecting a long, drawn-out process. Not so with Sam and the crew at Boone Bike. Communication was great and I am back on the bike in time for an event just days after warranty submission. Great work!

The crew is friendly, helpful and put a premium on quick turnaround. I was really happy how fast the work was done and, Sam, I've never seen the Lemond look this good since the day I repainted it. I've got to find out how you cleaned it. Thanks again. I'll be back

Very happy with our bike maintenance. The guys were great at commutation & giving my husband options to repair our bikes. We bought new a bike “rack” when we picked up our bikes. The guys were so helpful in trying out the different bike racks that fit over the truck lift gate. Very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend them! Thank you!
