My wife and I had come into the store in need of bike repairs. Mine needed break and gear adjustments desperately, my wife needed new tires. It was an effortless and wonderful experience working with Ray, their expert bike tech. He’s got a great temperament, friendly and clearly communicated to us what our repairs entailed. He was able to address them on the spot! This guy is a bike wizard! Upon completion Ray ran his repairs through rigorous testing. Cost was completely reasonable. What a pleasure to be serviced by a true professional!

We had a small collision and ended up bending the rim on my bike at the beginning of our first century ride. A very generous good Samaritan gave us a ride to the Trek of Spring Hill bike shop where they were able to quickly replace my rim and we were Able to complete our goal. Amazing selection of bikes and accessories. The staff Are extremely knowledgeable and very talented.
