I was really impressed and happy with the follow thru. I purchased a bike, they transferred it from another location, built it and then walked me thru the bike when I went to pick it up. I'm new to the bike game and they explained features and what to be aware of. They called a few days later to follow up on some points I had with the bike and assured me all would be taken care of as soon as possible. They told me to bring it back in 30 days for adjustments and helped me load the completed bike in my truck. Just a very laid back, but professional attitude. I felt they really wanted me to be happy with this purchase. I sincerely hope this staff stays on with the change over to full Trek. Would be a shame to see them go.

I love the quality of the products and that I was able to test drive the bike before my purchase. The service was beyond amazing! Everyone makes sure you are taken care of and they are not forcing a sale on you. They help you out, answer all of your questions and are all very knowledgeable. I will be going back again and I have already recommended them to my friends.

Kevin and the staff at 281 are second to none, amazing in fact. It helps that the manager there has the most majestic hair I’ve ever seen in my life. I will continue to shop at Bike World for many years to come! I sure do hope these guys don’t go anywhere!
