I called from Corpus Christi and Isiah was so helpful and even arranged to bring in a bike from another store and get it put together for me to try it the next day. Then, when I went in the next day, Justin was was extremely helpful in getting me the best bike for me. I tried my new Trek out on the trails in McAllister Park and definitely know I made the best decision due to the help of Justin. Justin was great and his crew all tried helping me the best they could, my line of credit wouldn't go through klarna so ill be back in 2 months with the money for the trek slash 8 I came in to purchase but definitely awesome customer service from the whole crew and Justin had everything ready for the bike when I arrived, he is a stand up guy and can't wait to start riding with them and shreddin the trails

The selection of products are varying, and you stand by them. Recently went in for a recall and after the repair was made, the tech noticed something else was wrong. After talking about some earlier issues with the bike, they made the call it was a mechanical issue and repaired it with no charge.

I was on a blistering hot ride, 30 miles in and the pigment on a front tire patch melted and gave way… of course my spare was also patched which gave way and was no help at all. Luckily, I was only about a mile and a half from Bike World Southside so I hoofed it over there partially embarrassed. The welcoming staff and air conditioning was just what I needed to feel better about where I ended up. The techs were busy but checked in with me and ultimately provided top notch service to get me back on that hot trail system, confidently with a new tube and spare.
