The young man who helped me assess and plan for changes to a very old bike was thorough, courteous and efficient. He followed up with me to report additional work that needed to be done (which, frankly, I had anticipated), which was great. I didn't have to show up to pick up the bike, only to learn that more needed to be completed. A friend has given me her bicycle, which also needs some work. I know just where I'll be taking it soon!

You carry a wide variety of great bikes and accessories. Your staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. You make sure we know how to use what we get, and your service on follow-up is great, as well. We are fortunate to live less than a mile from you.

I like the Bike Rack because it is large enough to have a good selection of products, but small enough to get to know the employees and for the employees to know me. The Bike Rack carries good quality products and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful about the products.

I like that the Bike Rack is close to my home. I got my bike there over 10 years ago with a lifetime promise that they would take care of it, and they have upheld that promise every time I've taken it in to be checked out. The staff is friendly and helpful, and most often they can fix my bike while I wait. The store is conveniently located near the Helen Boosalis Trail. Thanks for always being there!
