They are always helpful and really explain your options for your bike and other questions you may have. They don't try and sell you unnecessary equipment that you really don't need. They are down to earth and fun to talk with. They don't rush you or pressure you at all.

I was in to the Silver Lake to get a bike for my girlfriend. They showed me all my options, and I elected to go with a slightly higher model with better components. They didn’t have at their location but found it for me at Everett rather than pushing what they had in stock. I’ve bought bikes and had bikes serviced here at BC and I highly recommend them for both.

Went in looking to buy a road bike as I saw there was a sale on some bikes going on. Connor worked with me and showed me a couple, and I ended up walking out with a bike I wasn't expecting but still within my price range. Connor was very knowledge and friendly throughout the experience. I also came in later for a bike sizing (provided with bike purchase), where Kristi helped me get sized appropriately to my bike. Kristi was also very friendly and knowledgeably. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
