Looking back on my experience, I see how far out of the way Tyler went to make a repeat customer. My son was too big for his bike so I gave him mine and needed to get myself one. I know nothing about bikes and just wanted something cheap since I only ride about once a week with my boys around town. Tyler showed me a couple he had in the back and basically told me the one I would want if I knew anything. I left not really thinking about it. I had to call back to get the make and model to show my wife what I bought. I saw that the bike I got was selling for $1,000 new. I figured it would be scratched up and have issues when I went to pick it up but it didn't. It looked brand new. This has gotten me excited to ride with my boys. I recognize what Tyler did for me and have already recommended people go here. This was the definition of doing more than needed to make a happy customer.

The two bicycles I brought in for full maintenance tune-ups looked like they were new bikes after the work was done. A turn around time of 48 hours was given for completion. I received a text the bikes were ready in less than48 hours.
