The employees that work at Velo Bike shop were very kind and helpful. The people! In many small businesses, the owner moving to a home that is a good distance from his/her business location so that he/she has to rely on employees to maintain a high standard of service would be the kiss of death for that business. Not so with Velo Sport. The expertise, the quality of service, and the friendly atmosphere have not missed a beat. That's a credit both to Mark and to the kind of employees he has hired.

We like everything about Arlington Velo Sports! They are very honest. Their work is thorough and expert. They are very knowledgeable about cycling and accommodating to our needs, often having the exact parts needed on hand. They are easy to talk to and so very friendly and kind. They communicate well about the progress on a repair or tune up. So with all of that, they can be quite busy, as they are appreciated by many, but it is worth the wait. Also, very worth every penny. And more, so I'm pleased to leave a tip, when possible.

Knowledgeable and they won’t try and over sell you on things you don’t need. I was about to spend 600 bucks outfitting a bike and Mark found a crack in the frame and said the bike wasn't worth putting the money into. Losing all that money but giving me an honest answer. I’ll take all my business to them.

I was searching for a product that had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and I found Arlington Velo Sport Bicycle Shop's number online. Their website said they might have the product, so I called and spoke with Cash. Arlington Velo Sport did have the product in stock, so I requested to purchase it and have Cash ship it to me. He agreed, and my purchase showed up quickly, packaged well, and in great condition.
