I cannot express how pleased I have been to do business with 7 Mile Cycles and the exceptional customer service they provide. From the new bike I purchased from them to the trade-in of my used one, I never once felt like I was being taken advantage which unfortunately was the experience I had with the local bike shop much closer to where I live. I am very grateful to Vince and Laura for all of their assistance and I will continue to recommend 7 Mile Cycles to anyone I know who is in the market for a new bike and everything that goes along with it (accessories, service, etc.) Thank you so much for everything!

I had my bike chain break while riding the other day. I walked to 7 mile cycle for assistance and their customer service was top notch! I was able to get value on trading in my bike for credit. Vince is excellent! They swapped my seat and accessories to the new bike as well. Cannot thank them enough.
