Awesome customer service!! Marci was extremely helpful and personable!! I purchase a bike every year that is placed in a silent auction for the Evening 4 Dove House fundraiser/gala in Mooresville NC. There are always high bids for the bike. Dove House greatly appreciates the support of Trek for our event !!!

I am really thankful to the variety of bikes available in all price ranges for me to choose from. I was helped by Marcia the first time who is full of kindness, energy and knowledge about the bikes. On my second visit she is helping another customer so she introduced me to a different associate and she is equally kind helpful and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have the staff listen to my needs, educate me on the options and guide me through the selection.
