I love your community involvement, the products you sell are among my favorites, your staff is excellent and your service is impeccable. My only concern is the cost - BRC is consistently the most expensive bike shop in the area. I understand that I get what I pay for but that means that I can't always participate. I support BRC when I can but it isn't 100% of the time.

Fantastic first experience, and it won't be my last. Everyone was so nice - went above and beyond to take care of an unusual service request, and even helped me load my awkward stationary bike into my car. The cost of service felt very reasonable, and they clearly knew their stuff. Now I know where to go for any cycle-related needs!

Very happy with the service we receive at BRC. We have bought many Trek bikes over the years, mostly mountain bikes. I will soon be buying a new road /gravel bike and will get it from BRC. Kim is also wonderful!
