The salesperson was very helpful, he allowed me to test ride several different size bikes. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was when it came to the price of the bike. He said the price was $749.00. I then told him I called on Thursday of the previous week and the salesperson on the phone told me that the bike was priced at $690.00. He said that the prices had changed since last week. Unfortunately, I couldn’t walk away since the bike is hard to get, but they could have honored the price I was quoted.

I brought in one of my bikes for the mechanics to work on. They quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, identified and fixed another problemn and sent me on my way at a very reasonable price. This is the third time that NVV has helped me with bike maintenance. I have also purchsed a road bike from NVV. NVV has my highest recommendation as THE place to buy a bike or maintain your bike in Napa Valley.

Quality products and knowledgeable employees
Hmm... I am old, been to a lot of shops over the years, coast to coast. Pandemic and the bicycle boom have been interesting to observe as a customer. This said, only one shop in Napa shared their good fortune with their customers and for that I am prioritized to this shop. I'm not the biggest fan of Trek or SuperBoost MTB (Pivot), but I keep coming in for more.

Bike rack is easy to use and easy to install. Service was great! Jake answered my questions via phone when I called about inventory and also took the time show us how to install the rack. My husband and I would definitely recommend this shop!

I enjoyed buying my first road bike at Napa Valley Velo! They were accommodating, and they provided a crash curse (both in explaining and getting out on a quick ride) on how to use the bike and clip-less pedals.
