Outstanding service. Austin is the best! Brought my bikes in thinking the tires had holes because they wouldn’t inflate. Austin suggested to leave the bikes for observation. Most shops will just suggest to replace defect immediately in order to make a sale. This was not the case at Jax. It turned out that my tires were fine and it was my bike pump that was defective. Austin and Jax Bike Shop are an honest bunch. Thanks so much!

Had a reasonable amount to do with the bike and Jax was on top of getting all of the parts quickly and service done very quickly. Very pleased with the speed and quality of work.

I've been a loyal customer of Jax for the last 10 years. However just yesterday I purchased 2 new tires and tubes for my beach cruiser and come to find out that the tubes I was given are
20 x 1.75 and I needed 25 x 2.125. Not a big deal but because Jax isn't open on Sunday its slightly inconvenient. I ended up buying the correct tubes from your competitor across the street.
The Murrieta crew is the best. They treat you like family. The fastest turnaround on bike service in the area. Thanks to the crew here.

Products pretty much same as anywhere else, but service is outstanding. Very attentive sales associates. Teamed up to get the stuff I needed while talking with another guy about a bike for my wife. Service is key for me and your team does that. This was at the Irvine store. Have had good experience at the Long Beach store also.
I was surprised that they have the Kmc 11 speed dlc chain slightly disappointed with those chains comes $120 dollars, not $145, and they seemed respectable to me helping another customer shortly after 2pm, and this is my second time being at this store. They do offer specific products that is normally not offered in other bike shops that I go to which I will appraise them. Another thing I would bring up applied to this store, plus a few others for specific positions ranging from bike technician or sales associate application sent to them at least a few weeks to 4 months of applying, and I have not gotten a reply back kind of irritated right now. It is me being very honest, and blunt about the process of being part of Jax Bicycle's team very slow.
