EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’ve been to many bike shops and I usually do not expect customer service to be great. Jax in Fullerton is on the highest level with a great selection of bikes and accessories! Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Finding a road bike and everything I need in 1 shop hasn’t been easier. Highly recommended and I promise you will not be disappointed. The service was a little slow due to waiting for parts, but the results were excellent! The only comment would be to explain that due to deliveries of parts it may be a little longer than estimated! Thanks for the repairs!!
