From start to finish you guys were awesome !! I needed to have my mountain bike serviced and it needed quite a few repairs since it really hadn't been looked at since I purchased it back in 2006. The technicians even made some adjustments and fixed a couple of issues immediately when I brought it in. I couldn't believe it !
It was completed within a few days and for way less than I expected !!

My overall experience with Elevation was awesome. Nadine was a great resource for me to make a decision and which was going to be the most expensive bike purchase I've ever made (Yeti SB115). Fit, trail choice and other aspects were all used to help me drive a decision - just the in-depth feedback I needed to help with finding a great fit. Despite shortages/wait time out of their control to receive my bike, the Elevation team did a great job keeping me updated on my order and ultimately waiting for my Yeti was a great decision.

They were pretty chill with my daughter making a decision, even suggesting where she can go for pads and the like since the ones they had were either too big or too small to fit her. They also did some customizations on the bike that made her comfortable as well as let her ride the bike around to get a feel for it.
