The people are amazing!!
Due to the pandemic, I hadn't been in the store for a while. Whereas it's still an excellent shop, I found myself missing the old small store feel. The staff was helpful and I love the pup. I just felt a little disappointed - some of the more personal attention seems to be missing. Could just have been me. I've been going to this locations since the Bicycle Pedl'r days and have purchased a few bikes in addition to accessories, so I'm pretty sure I'll continue shopping here. Their services seem to be a bit pricey, so I may have to shop around a bit when I'm ready for a tune. Overall, still a good place for all biking needs (and I love Trek bikes).
Friendly staff, non judgmental when I left and came back and needed help taking the front tire off lol. They have it together

Nadine did an incredible job with my gravel bike fitting. I've had many bike fits over the years and I know what a good bike fit entails. She went over and above. The adjustments she made have made a huge improvement in my riding. She is a master bike fitter!

I'm not qualified to say. I only picked "8" because, as a communist, I try to avoid commercial recommendations. But your workers did a great job with my bike, were up front about the work it needed and the costs, completed the work in a timely manner, and were tolerant (as they have been in the past!) of my ignorance. The costs, by the way, seem to me to have been far more reasonable than those at Turin, which is where I purchased the bike in the first place.

I walked in. Within 30 seconds I was helped and found exactly what I was looking for. The guy that helped me was legit and checked me out in the back without waiting in line. Told my pops about it (he just purchased a condo down the street) and said he will buy his next mountain bike there. Solid service.
