Such an easy process and no intense selling. When we got to the showroom, everyone was super welcoming. This was the first time my wife and I purchased bikes and we had an idea of what we needed, but pretty much clueless on the process. After a quick conversation, we tried out a few bikes and we fell in love. We left Elevation with two new bikes, bike accessories and a great start to our day. Thank you for all your help and I can't wait to go back!

I did curbside pickup, so I didn’t have a chance to go into the store, but it looked like a cool set up. I do think it would be helpful to explain in the order pickup emails that there is QR code waitlist system. It was my first time at the store, and I missed it at first. Beyond that, I was super satisfied.

I got a great bike at a fair price, but the part that really made this a 10 was the bike fitting with Nadine. She was really helpful, detail oriented, and made me confident that I was getting the right bike, fit the right way. She is an exemplar bike saleswoman/fitter.

I have been a bike nerd for 50 years and have visited and done business with bike shops in thirteen different states and three foreign countries. Elevation Cycles (Parker, CO) is absolutely and simply the best.
When they first opened the shop, I already had my "favorite" Parker, CO bike shop..............but it took one visit to Elevation Cycles to show me that Elevation was some thing very special.
Let's face it, for avid cyclist (mountain bike, road bike, cruiser or family bikes), bike shops should provide good service, good prices and the sense that they care about you and your bicycle. The folks at Elevation consistently demonstrate their desire to do just that. As a result Elevation is becoming the "first choice" bike shop in my area of Colorado. They always exceed the basic expectations.......and I love it. Their flourishing business assures me that they will be there when I need them.
The individual staff members are simply fantastic. Mechanics (Kyle has been my go to guy) are responsive and understanding. The sales staff and management always go out their way to help "fix" your issue. The constant tension between price and performance is always recognized and they consistently work very hard to balance these two factors when anything needs to be upgraded or repaired.
I feel fortunate that I have a shop that I can trust completely, that I know the price I'm paying is fair and that the work will be done properly. It is simply bike nerd heaven.
