The gentlemen that helped me find the perfect Mountain bike for my 8yo was so knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Wonderful experience. He even sprayed down and cleaned the bike and my debit card! before completing transaction. I plan to call next week for help with new brakes on my own bike.
I needed a bike on short notice, I called shortly before closing during a pandemic mind you, I described what I needed and asked the man on the phone what he recommended with what he had in stock, he said he would leave out a bike in the back for me to test drive all with taking all the proper precautions. The bike was perfect, exactly what I was looking for, and I enjoy it more than any bicycle I've ever owned! Everything comes with warranty, and functions beautifully. Perhaps the best bike shop I have ever contacted.
