I have been a customer for over 15 years now and from the owner down to each and every employee they treat me and everyone that come in with a friend greeting on every visit. The service people listen to your issue then address the problem big or small it makes No difference to them they what a happy customer when we leave.

The services was great. The add-on I bought are great. Amos walked me through the various features of my new e-bike and how to care for the battery. He had me to a road test on the nearby bike trail. He told me how to position the bike when traveling, and he loaded it in our minivan for me. You guys are great.

I really like everything you put into our 4 seater bicycle car. Really took care of us and went literally into detail on the work you did. Not an easy job either being this style of bike is very complicated. Even better yet our disabled daughter will now get to even enjoy it! We are very pleased! Thank you!

I've been a longtime customer of 2 Rivers. I had a bike accident in Sept 2020 and nearly left the sport. So when my youngest son wanted to ride with me this summer it was a gift to return to cycling. I was in a pinch for the Tour Da Goose and gave the shop almost no notice, they got my 2 road bikes up to snuff for the ride and I had a great day with my son. I chose to buy a new bike to mark my return to cycling and Amos handled it perfectly. Looking forward to picking up my new Trek Domane this week and putting it through its paces!
The Team at 2 Rivers is very passionate about cycling and you can trust them to help you find the best bicycle for your needs. They stayed with me on an organized ride when i fell behind due to a mechanical problem with my very old mountain bike, so i decided to bring my business to them when it came time to purchase a new bike. When i came to make the purchase, they had multiple bikes in various sizes to let me test on the bike path outside their shop. I chose the Checkpoint ALR 5 in Navy.
