I like how the programs/activities are built around the different age groups. There is something for every age.

First of all, just the facility is so nice - great equipment, amenities, and very well maintained. The variety of activities, classes, equipment, other offerings available to members is unmatched. I have really enjoyed the people who work at this YMCA. They really care about your holistic wellbeing. The downtown Y is now a significant part of my life; one that I simply can’t live without.

I take the exercise classes and use the machines. This helps me stay in shape and healthy.

The indoor pools.

I like that all of the people there so far have been helpful and very courteous. As a new member, this is all that I could ask for.

This Y offers a wide range of activities so a member whether a senior or a young adult can find many classes to chose from.

Activities run all day long so it meets the needs of those who want to workout at 5:30 before work or those who are nightowls

The Sauna. It's one of if not the best activities for achieving health.

There's a variety of programs and activities for all ages, stages, and ability. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, especially front door staff!

The staff and everyone there is very welcoming. The facility is always clean and that’s due to the effort of everyone involved.

I LOVE this location. There are plenty of machines, private spaces and rooms. I love having the sauna and steam room separate by gender. Every area is extremely spacious, the pit, the locker rooms, the wellness floor, the studios, etc. The child care employees are very nice and have built a relationship with my kid. All of the staff are friendly honestly. The towels and cleaning supplies stay well stocked.

I like the variety of classes. I can do intense HIIT or dance in Werq or lift.

I feel very welcome and all bodies are allowed. I love the pool
