SOMETHING FOR ALL AGE GROUPS MEANS A LOT TO ME SINCE I AM RETIRED. REALLY LOVE THE Y . WISH I HAD STARTED SOONER;
Friendly & helpful staff. No “gym-rats” culture.
Friendly employees; variety of programs; great trainers.
Variety of classes, multiple workout machines, and pools.
It's close to home. The day care for when I need to watch my grandsons.
Warm pool.
I like it because there are things to do for all ages. Right now my granddaughter is taking swimming lessons, I’m doing the water aquatics, and my other grandkids about to start in some summer activities!
The people who work there and those who come to exercise. When I leave I feel much better after a good exercise. Happy.

Everything! The variety of group classes.
Great and friendly staff and instructors.
I did attend water aerobics in a class but sometimes it would be too crowded so I just started going by myself early in the morning. I do my own thing for 45 minutes to an hour. It is not crowded and I love that, So I just go on my own, I would like some other things to do but everything seems to start at 9:30. I would like some more things to be open but you can only be at one place at 9:30. I love the water aerobics though.
I love Silver Seakers, it has helped me so much when I started there I was walking with a cane and had to sit to do m work out. No I am walking without my cane, am standing the whole 30 minutes for my work out and have increased my weights from 2 to 5 lbs.
We have made a couple trips with the Y group and they have been tops in every way.
The Y is great for Seniors too. My wife loves the water aerobics. While she does that I can keep my old muscles toned in the exercise room - great equipment choices. Thanks
I just use the weight room - to maintain flexibility.
Excellent workout classes in a friendly atmosphere!
The variety of activities available
Staff is helpful when needed. Facilities are very satisfactory. Programs feature enough variety to appeal to most needs. At peak times, parking is at a premium, but I suppose that's a good thing.
Plenty of programs to choose from and different levels to choose from. I personally enjoy the water programs because of joint pain. It is affordable ,the scholarship program is very nice.
I like the variety of the programs and the dedication of the instructors. Also they offer classes that address your eating which helps you stay healthier.
Love the water classes. Jeannie & Daisy do a great job.
I am extremely happy with my private swim lessons. Having high anxiety at 37 yrs old, I was sure I'd never learn to swim. It's a work in progress, but I can officially swim! Jesse is a great instructor!
Everything
