This is my final week of Livestrong. It has helped me tremendously. Hopefully my family get a membership there soon. But financially we can’t at the moment.

Friendliness of the staff. Joe at North River has welcomed us and helped us in so many ways. He helped my wife find the senior fit class ( she has memory issues) also so many times Joe had been helpful showing us how to use the equipment. proper usage , correct form , ect.. and finally wiping down the machines the correct way by spraying the towel first then wiping down the machine.

I have been introduced to personal training in the weight room there. It is improving my mobility and body awareness.
