I go to shallow water aerobic on Tuesday and Thursday. Really like the instructor. Not a fan of the Monday and Wednesday one.
The silver sneakers classes are a fun way to get exercise!
I’ve just started attending the exercise classes. They seem to be very helpful for me and I feel very good after completing the class. The instructors are great and give good direction on the proper way to do the exercises.

I just found out that LA Fitness is closing soon! My husband and at least a dozen of his friends are looking for a gym to play racketball. I suggested the BA YMCA. They are looking at the facility soon. Hopefully they will join!
We really enjoy the Masters Swim Team. Everything about it works well for us. It is a benefit to our fitness and overall well being.
