The programs for senior are the best.
It’s clear to me that with the new lifting equipment that you’re trying to help simplify the process of the work out for individuals. Also, it will be helpful in preventing those that sit around on a machine waiting to do multiple sets. Those people, although, potentially well-intentioned, really hold up other people from finishing their work out. The new equipment appears to be tackling that issue.
I'd like to say that I'm elated with the reception area. Not to mention being a newbie to your location and have not had the full experience of the events and or environment as yet. I met and was greeted by Ms. Kayla who went above and beyond for me on my first day. I truly look forward for many more days ahead at The Central Parkway location. Plenty of variety
Mostly I just use the weight room, usually in the evening. I don't get involved in the activities since I usually use the facility in the evening.
The welcoming from the staff at the front desk in the mornings. Also the friendliness of others I have met during my visits.
Classes
Fitness center and group activities. Plenty of places to sit when waiting for others to finish their workout.
I enjoy the lap pool, swimming laps and water aerobics. Currently I only use the pool and locker room.
Various activities
Like going to the exercise classes. Do enjoy most of the instructors
Great facility
I do not live near the Central Pkwy Y, but have visited there twice recently to check it out when I was nearby. It's a great faciliity. Loved it! So beautiful, spacious and modern! I used the exercise equipment in the workout rooms. Love the running treadmill that does not require electricity. Parking is a bit expensive though.
Great location to access, friendly staff. Pretty much have everything one would need to get moving!
Swimming
It’s very family oriented.
So many different programs pointing to a wide range of ages!
