What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the senior water exercise classes. Also other activities like holiday potluck. I also use the sauna whenever I come. Have also used the gym, occasionally.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I mainly use the workout room. I like the equipment, there is no blaring music or tvs, it is quiet and I can time it so it is no overly crowded.

I also like the fact that you hire people with disabilities. Staff are very friendly and I feel greeted coming and going.

Parking is easy and close to the facility so access is easy

I really like the people at the entrance desk and the water classes are really good to stay in shape but not hurt afterwards.

I like the variety, in particular women on weights, pilates, yoga, boot camp. I enjoy personal training - Haley is fantastic. I wish there were more women on weights offerings. Kids Cub is helpful and it would be ideal if it was offered for morning classes!

I truly enjoy the class with Kristin Heitman, as well as the gym. The people at the front desk are always pleasant and seem to be happy to see everyone who walks through the door.

The facilities are state of the art, the gym is spaciousness and clean, the staff is polite and professional and there are a variety of workouts offered
