What do you like about our programs and activities?

My friend and I like to play racquetball on your single court. We rarely have a conflict but have always been able to play when there was one. Your location is convenient for my west side buddy and easy to get to for this east sider.

I mostly use the pool which is fantastic. For us older folks the socializing is great. Sometimes finding a chair or a parking spot is difficult. Thanks for being there, though.

My 3 training sessions with Josh were excellent. He showed me how to perform 6 different exercises to strengthen my legs in each session.
