What do you like about our programs and activities?

I find the group power class very effective for strength and cardio fitness. I love the that Yoga is programmed after the group power class. I find that these two classes complement each other. The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and inspiring. The trainers, front desk personnel and staff are also terrific for the same reasons. I feel seen and feel that Charlotte and all of the staff care about my fitness goals. I also appreciate that the facility is clean, well maintained, filled with natural light and the equipment feels top notch.

I have only attended one water class but the instructor was very friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I only use the Outdoor Pool. I wish balls would be banned in the pool. You try to swim and have balls wizzing by your head from all directions. These balls are thrown hard and fast without regard for the safety of others just trying to swim!

We love the outdoor pool. And I love the Saturday morning, dance fitness class.. I wish they had more dance fitness classes

Everyone is so nice and helpful. the silver sneakers classes are awesome. Need to be a hour long instead of 45 min. also love walking treadmill. i have met a long of friends and new friends.
