Love the versatility of the facility, lots of good strength training and cardio equipment and so many different classes

I haven't been there yet but I did do a walk around. I'm confused about when you can go to the pool? Can you just walk in and just go swimming. I am interested in doing some exercising with the walking. I don't know what you call it. But I definitely need to get back in shape. With menopause you definitely have to.

Our grandson loves the indoor pool and signed up for the Ninja class. My husband and I look forward to trying out the exercise room soon.

Everything, except the LL single bathroom gets wasted like degenerants have been using it! And it never really gets cleaned

I love the kids are being taught great habits of working out, as well as the youth activities that are available to kids at such a young age that teach them lifelong positive exercise and habits.
